About
He's back! BY ‘CHOPULAR’ DEMAND!
As seen on TV's 7 Days, NZ Comedy Festival Gala’s and The Ronnie Johns Half Hour, Australian comedian and actor Heath Franklin* brings his award-winning comedy alter ego, Chopper, back to NZ for an 8-city tour this October/November.
After selling over 130,000 tickets in Australia, NZ and the UK, Chopper takes no prisoners as he headbutts his way across the Tasman for a return tour of his 2009 smash shit, Harden the F*k Up, New Zealand!, this time with a lot more mongrel and a shtload more moustache.
He will be touring to Auckland, Blenheim, Christchurch, Hawke’s Bay, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Tauranga and Wellington in his biggest NZ tour to date.
The world’s gone soft since the ANZACs first stood on the beaches of Gallipoli. Global financial crisis, climate change...sometimes life seems a bit tough, and you just feel like finding a quiet corner and having a cry. Well its times like these that Chopper thinks you should take off your skirt, grow a moustache and harden the f**k up.
New Zealand needs a new kind of motivational speaker, a new life coach for a new age. Its time Chopper showed you how to walk around with the confidence of a man with a loaded shotgun down his pants and stick of dynamite in his bum pocket. From the rugby World Cup to hands-free mobiles, mangoes, Switzerland, to anti-smoking ads, even Darth Vader gets a punch in the soft guts by the International Ambassador of Hard
So, if you didn’t catch Chopper last time, or went out for a whizz and missed a bit, this is your chance to catch one of the world’s funniest comics, live and in stabbing distance.
