About
For the first time in more than a decade WOW is touring a selection of the very best costumes from their historic collection and Canterbury Museum is the inaugural venue for this fantastic exhibition. Wellington's 3D Creative, in conjunction with the WOW team, has created an innovative and interactive show in order to showcase the chosen garments.
Selecting the 30 garments featured in the exhibition was a collaborative process between Suzie Moncrieff, WOW's Founder and Sir Richard Taylor from Weta Workshop. All garments will be displayed so that visitors can get really Up Close to them. In addition each garment will have a story about it which relates to the design, creativity and innovation required to produce wearable art to a successful competition standard.
Off the Wall: World of WearableArt™ - Up Close is presented and proudly supported in Canterbury by Anderson Lloyd Lawyers and The Press.
