Original blues dancing originated alongside the development of blues music. The style danced today is a mix of historical styles with new modern elements. It is danced to a range of blues music from 
Gene Harris and B.B. King to Adele. Blues dancing is a very musical dance that focuses on the lead and follow connection, it is great as a it's own style aswell as a technique enhancer for other lead and follow dance styles.

Beginners class at Latin addiction, 7:30pm. 5 week set starts Jan 19th.

There is also a Blues social night the second Sunday of every month,upstairs at the Pegasus Arms on Oxford Terrace.
