The Friends of the Botanic Gardens Commemorative Garden will be situated in a quiet Botanic Gardens location, honouring those who died in the 22 Feb Christchurch Earthquake. The Garden will provide a perfect place for reflection and contemplation.

On the 22nd Feb, a sculpture sponsored by Ironic Art will be unveiled in the centre of the Commemorative Garden, accompanied by local chanteuse Lisa Tui.
