Shayna King is a singer-songwriter - though not in the traditional sense. Backed by a proficient band and with a voice described as a “stunning mix between soft and powerful”, the 2014 Taite Music Prize nominee is fast making a strong name for her music.   

Drawing reviewer comparisons to the likes of “Anika Moa and Anna Coddington, with a twist of country for flavour”, King will perform at this years Ingham Lazy Sundays on the back of a summer tour supporting her critically acclaimed new single Calling You.
