Frontrunner Lake Crichton Series - Triathlon & Duathlon

This three race, Friday evening series uses one of Selwyn's hidden gems, Lake Crichton as the perfect venue for an entry level tri. It is a fantastic way to round out your working week!!
There is a race for athletes of every ability within the series. Triathlon & duathlon races, long & short courses in both, individual & team entries, and single race & whole series entry options.
Short Course Tri/Du distances - 150m lake swim/1.5km off-road run, 8km road bike, 2.25km off-road run
Long Course Tri/Du distances - 400m lake swim/1.5km off-road run, 16km road bike, 4.2km off-road run
Lake Crichton is found just off SH1, 25mins south of Hornby.
