The Christchurch Farmers Market offers a wide range of produce from all over Canterbury with over 40 stalls selling locally grown & produced food from local growers & farmers. Come down any Saturday from 9am - 12pm to wander around the majestic grounds of historic Riccarton House and enjoy what our market has to offer. Order a Hummingbird organic coffee from our coffee stall and treat yourself to some seasonal fruit & vegetables, artisan breads, cornish pasties, gourmet pies, cupcakes, salad greens, herbs, heirloom vegetables, traditional Spanish chorizo, gourmet sausages, locally farmed venison, lamb, pork & free-range organic chicken, olive oil, wine, beer, cider, german baking, honey, chocolate, gluten free food, micro greens, Uncle Verns BBQ sauce, Gruff junction cheese, Tomatoes, Eggs, bacon, Flowers, cakes & slices, pasta and whole lot more of seasonal produce. Most stalls are cash only but eftpos is available at coffee stall
Every Saturday 9 am - 12pm rain or shine and come experience our 'Twilight Market' every Wednesday 4pm - 6pm.
