We’re teaming up the experts from world-renowned Sri Lankan tea brand Dilmah with the culinary talents of the Mona Vale cuisine team to bring you an afternoon of taste-bud delight.

Following a demonstration covering the secrets to the perfect tea brew, a number of the finest designer gourmet teas from Dilmah’s Tea Time Rocks range will be presented, complemented by tasty sweet and savoury treats.

Come along for an afternoon of inspiration and celebration of the art of tea.
