Friday 10th of September or Saturday 11th of September is a full day course commencing at 10am demonstrating how make 4 cheeses; Cheddar, Feta, Ricotta and Mascarpone and includes a glass of wine and antipasto lunch.
Katherine Mowbray has been presenting cheese making courses in New Zealand for the past 17 years. Having learnt to make cheese in the Ashdown Forest in England, in the traditional way using cows and sheep’s milk, Katherine now passes on these time honoured skills at regular classes throughout New Zealand. Practical and concise, the courses have inspired people from all walks of life to have a go at the ancient art of cheese making.
