Feast of Canterbury® is a celebration of the food and hospitality industry in Canterbury.

The festival is designed to promote the quality produce, talent and lifestyle of our great foodie region and to reinforce Canterbury as the preeminent food and wine capital of New Zealand.

The festival is an opportunity for the regions finest restaurants, cafes, wineries, chefs, growers and personalities to showcase their talents and develop culinary tourism within Canterbury.

Foodies from across the country and abroad will descend on Christchurch to sample the best food and wine Canterbury has to offer, taking part in a series of events specially created for Feast, designed to give participants the chance to get creative and indulge their culinary tastes.

Local cafes and restaurants will offer diners special Feast lunch and dinner deals for the duration of the festival, as part of the 'Dine' Series.
