To win one of two fantastic prize packs, you need to enter State La Grande Swim, get your passport and train at one of the following Christchurch public pools:
- Pioneer Recreation & Sport Centre
- Jellie Park Recreation & Sport Centre
- Graham Condon Recreation & Sport Centre
- Wharenui Swimming Club & Sports Centre
Get your State La Grande Swim passport from front counter staff and have it stamped on entry when swimming between 12 December and 5 February. You must swim at least twice per week for six weeks to be eligible to enter. More details and conditions on your passport.

All Christchurch residents are eligible for a 50% off their entry fee. Residents who have already registered are eligible for a partial refund.

- Jellie Park Recreation & Sport Centre: 6.10am
- Central Station, central city bus interchange: 6.30am
- Pioneer Recreation & Sport Centre: 7am
- Returning from Akaroa at 2pm, dropping off at the stops listed above.
