The city will be filled with a symphony of sparkles, space and stars in this year's ASB Classical Sparks.
The Christchurch Symphony Orchestra will be joined by New Zealand's own 'Queens of Comedy' The Topp Twins, for what is guaranteed to be an evening packed with laughs, music and pyrotechnics.
An event for the whole family, join the CSO and conductor Kenneth Young as they perform some of the most well-loved orchestral pieces such as Waltz from the Blue Danube, the theme from Onedin Line and the Thunder and Lighting Polka.
Fasten your seatbelts as the orchestra takes you on a musical journey into outer space culminating in an exhilarating finale with the epic theme from Star Wars set against a spectacular and impressive fireworks display.
ASB's chosen charity is St John's Ambulance so please help us support them.
What a great way to spend a summer's evening in Christchurch, so bring your picnic or treat yourself to one of the array of food stalls on site and enjoy the ASB Classical Sparks with the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra and The Topp Twins.
