NZTrio - Justine Cormack (violin), Ashley Brown (cello) and Sarah Watkins (piano) – New Zealand’s foremost piano trio bring the sultry Sounds of Spain to the stunning surroundings of The Hills premiere gold course, Saturday 20th October at 6pm.

The trio will perform in the award-winning, Andrew Patterson designed clubhouse, matching the spectacular views with a programme of gorgeous music by Cassado, Granados and Turina that will sweep the audience away to the other side of the world.

A delicious tapas-style dinner will be served making this a truly memorable Mediterranean evening without having to leave New Zealand shores. The audience will have a chance to meet the musicians, three of this country’s most gifted, as they join them after the performance. Tickets are limited so early reservations are strongly advised.

NZTrio have a strong connection with The Hills through their participation in the Michael Hill International Violin Competition and Sir Michael and Lady Christine Hill are long-standing Patrons of the trio, following their careers closely. The trio is committed to making new and classical music accessible and relevant to everyone – from experts to first-timers – by performing in spaces that are welcoming, approachable and unexpected.
