A Triathlon and Duathlon for Men. Achieveable distances, a great way to experience a fantastic sport and get moving before Christmas! Enter as an individual or put a team together. Each event has a run and a walk section. Enter your work colleauges into the House of Travel Corporate Triathlon category. Spot and placing prizes. Come along and join in the fun. Distances are: Triathlon: 100m Swim - 10k Bike - 3k Run or 1.5k Walk Duathlon: 1k Run or 500m Walk - 10k Bike - 3k Run or 1.5k Walk
