The Bevis Turner Trophy is an annual tournament open to all polo clubs in the South Island. The Christchurch Club hosts a 0-2 goal handicap tournament and an 8 goal handicap tournament over the weekend. Come along an witness the South Island's best polo players at the peak of the season battle it out for pride and prizes.
We have commentators to help you understand what's going on, a large scoreboard, plenty of parking and the chance to stomp in the divots at the end of chukkas!
Free entry, bring yourself a picnic or some spare change for drinks and nibbles. As always with Christchurch weather, bring sunscreen and a rain jacket, you just never know what the day will bring.
