Gravity Canterbury Downhill mountainbike club is celebrating! We're back racing and riding in Victoria Park after almost 2 years' absence post-quake. We're starting the season with a Novice downhill race especially for beginners and those who have only done a season or two's DH riding. If you've been on the podium at one of our main club races (or nationals etc!) then come along and cheer your mates along, but it's not a race day for you.

Novice race day is about having fun and meeting other riders. Best of two timed runs in each race category will sort out the winners. (The course will include Seasme St and Breakfree, finishing at the Skidder site.)

Race categories are under 13, 15, 17, 19, open men, men 30+, men 40+, men 50+, women (though we may cluster some catergories, depending on entry numbers).
