Waikari offers beautiful scenery, rolling hills and exquisite views of the Southern Alps. This small rural village is the Gateway for experiencing nature, Lake Sumner, Hurunui River, horse trekking and much more.

The Waikari Fun Run features three different race distances - 3700m, 7300m and 11300m, with good prizes for the best in each of the three distances.

Entry fees and registration must be paid on the day.

This event is organised by the Hurunui Gateway Promotion Association.
